Solution Architect SAP SuccessFactors

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Successfactors solution Architect for a remote/Hybrid role for our clients in Malmo. The ideal consultant will be available to join project mid-April -be available for some onsite visits.. EU passport holder or valid work permit for Sweden.

5+ Years of experience in SuccessFactors

Rate £500.00 -£550.00 per eight hour day (Remote).
+ All business related expenses for travel and accommodation when visiting client site in Sweden

• Should have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Platform features - Home Page config, Role based permissions, People Profile config, Org Chart, Business Rules, Picklists, Instance Sync, Instance Refresh etc.
• Should be certified in 3 or more of the following solutions.
• Employee Central
• Compensation
• Performance & Goals
• Succession & Career Development
• Should have implemented 3 or more of the following solutions for 3 or more different clients.
• Employee Central
• Compensation
• Performance & Goals
• Succession & Career Development
• Should have working knowledge of SAP HCM and should have hands-on experience with BIB Integration from SuccessFactors to SAP HCM
• Should have good understanding on Integration Center, Intelligent Services.
• Should have operated as a Lead is 3 or more projects

Job Description:
As a Solution Architect specialized in SAP SuccessFactors, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing human capital management solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions, and overseeing the implementation process from inception to completion. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules will be crucial in guiding project teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges related to human capital management. Analyze requirements and recommend suitable solutions leveraging SAP SuccessFactors.

Solution Design: Design end-to-end solutions utilizing various modules of SAP SuccessFactors such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, Succession & Development, and others. Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and client requirements.

Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP SuccessFactors, providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders on system capabilities, limitations, and implementation best practices. Stay updated on new features, releases, and trends in SAP SuccessFactors.

Implementation Oversight: Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide technical leadership to project teams, resolve technical issues, and mitigate risks.

Integration Management: Collaborate with other teams and third-party vendors to design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.

Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific client requirements. Identify opportunities for customization and collaborate with development teams to implement custom solutions when necessary.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve issues during the testing phase.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders on the usage and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Create documentation and knowledge transfer materials as needed.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, gather feedback from users, and identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement. Proactively propose and implement improvements to maximize the value of SAP SuccessFactors investments.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Compensation, and Succession & Development.
Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices.
Experience in designing and implementing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
Proficiency in configuration, customization, and testing of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
